Mobile Electronics Certified Professional (MECP) Program
The MECP program is crucially important to both the industry and consumers. Knowing that the technician working on your vehicle has the knowledge and training to execute the project safely is paramount to getting the best value. Adam Devine has held his MECP Master/Expert certification for more than six years. He’s also a subject matter expert and has contributed to the textbooks and exams offered to other industry members. Connor Composto, our newest team member, has his MECP Apprentice Installation Technician Certification and is working toward his Skilled Installation Certification.
In 2019, Adam won the MECP Technician of the Year award. This accolade punctuates his commitment to customer service, product knowledge and safe, reliable installation practices.
Mobile Electronics Association Awards
For more than a decade, the Mobile Electronics Association has recognized the top technicians and stores in North America for their effort and commitment to world-class customer service. Adam ranked among the Top 50 installers in 2019 and Top 12 installers in 2020. In 2020, Devine Concepts won the Retailer of the Year award. Votes from our industry peers and a panel of expert judges determine the winner of this award.
Mobile Electronics Magazine
Mobile Electronics is a magazine for car audio industry professionals. Devine Concepts was on the cover of the October 2020 issue, and they featured a complete profile on our facility. We’ve also had installations completed by Devine Concepts featured in the March and May 2020 issues. Adam contributed an article in the May 2020 issue on growing a car audio business by focusing on the fundamentals of customer service, product knowledge, staff training and understanding your market.
