Devine Concepts did a complete overhaul of the stereo for my 07 Ford, switching from the stock radio to a mechless Kenwood unit with Apple CarPlay, and I couldn't be happier! Adam took time from the initial contact to explain in detail every facet of his organization and how he conducts his business, and even went above and beyond to explain to me exactly what each item that was going in to my truck was. For one of the first times in my experiences with custom audio shops, I noticed a transparency and honesty that was unmatched, and most certainly won't be found anywhere else. What impressed us the most was the level of customer service we received. We brought in one of our company vehicles to have a GPS tracking device installed in it. They were prompt, professional and courteous. The facility is state of the art, all techs are at the top of their game knowing all their product offerings and installation requirements. Absolutely exceptional customer service! I have an aftermarket security system/automatic starter and got locked out of my vehicle. After calling four other places who simply said they weren't familiar with the brand and couldn't help me, Adam Devine, who also wasn't familiar with the brand, was confident he could help me anyway. He walked me through how to disarm the security system over the phone so that I could drive my vehicle and wouldn't have to pay for a tow to his shop. At the shop, which is immaculate by they way, he quickly reset the security system and programmed a new fob. I was back up and running before my lunch hour was over. The entire interaction from first call to handshake was professional and caring. Devine really is a master of his craft and he's my new go-to. Highly recommend!
